Bình Thuận Province

Bình Thuận is Vietnam's driest province and the dragon fruit capital of the world - endless red sand dunes, turquoise water and the laid-back surf town of Mũi Né define its identity. The Cham kingdom of Panduranga left behind Po Klong Garai and Po Rome towers that still anchor Cham cultural life today. For solo travelers, it's the closest beach escape from Saigon with a distinct desert-meets-sea landscape found nowhere else in Vietnam.
