Đồng Nai Province

Đồng Nai wraps around the eastern edge of Hồ Chí Minh City and is one of Vietnam's most industrialised provinces - yet it contains Cát Tiên National Park, one of the last lowland rainforests in southern Vietnam and a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The Đồng Nai River has shaped the province for millennia, and Biên Hòa - one of Vietnam's oldest colonial cities - retains a quieter, less polished charm than Saigon. For solo travelers, Cát Tiên is the main draw.
